We design and facilitate a range of group workshops aimed at  achieving specific objectives as required by the organisation/team.  Our workshops create the environment for groups to generate, analyse and evaluate ideas, and to develop strategies for implementing them in ways that are collaborative and meaningful  to the individual, the team and the organisation.

Our Client Process

  1. Determine Objectives, Outputs and Key Success Factors: We meet with the workshop owner or sponsor to determine the desired outcomes and to contract key success factors and responsibilities for the process;
  2. Produce High Level Design and AgendaWe produce a high level workshop outline and agenda for communication to participants and stakeholders;
  3. Design and Prepare for Workshop:  We design the workshop  selecting and organising processes, models and techniques to achieve the workshop objectives;
  4. Facilitate Workshop:  We professionally facilitate the workshop; engaging the group in achieving its objectives;
  5. Document and Deliver Outputs:  Finally, we  produce documented results  – whether it be a project definition or plan,  a Business Strategy, a product/service design, or a process improvement design.

We have over sixteen years experience in facilitating group processes and have international accreditations with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the Global Facilitation Network (GlobalFN).  Our facilitators are also trained, accredited coaches and experienced business consultants with strong business backgrounds.
