Collaborative Techniques for Achieving Results

24th November 2011

Our personal psychology is just a thin skin, a ripple on the ocean of collective psychology. The powerful factor, the factor which changes our whole life, which changes the surface of our known world, which makes history, is collective psychology, which moves according to laws entirely different from those of our [individual] consciousness.”  – Carl Jung –

Individual minds that are focused together on a common theme generate a collective force that is not merely additive but vastly more powerful than any one individual or group of individuals. Harnessing organisation and community potential to generate and sustain collective force for the greater good is, in our view, one of the most prolific activities that we can learn, integrate and strengthen if we are to create a better future for all.

Join inter-arise at our first CollabCafe breakfast session where together we will explore and participate in  practical, fun and extremely effective ways to facilitate collaboration amongst your meeting and workshop participants, and in so doing accelerate and expand your results.

We will agree key discussion themes and spend the morning deepening our understanding of how to achieve collaboration in a team, and then actually experience some exciting processes and techniques.  Of course, you also enjoy a lovely summer breakfast as well as the company of like-minded people interested in strengthening group effectiveness.
